Q: Do you offer some kind of warranty with purchases?

A: We guarantee that all of our cues will arrive in new condition. That means that there will be no cuts or dings in the finish, and there will be no warping. If there are any problems with your cue upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.

Q: How can I best take care of my cue to avoid damage?

A: To avoid premature warping, don't leave your cue in places that are too hot, too cold, or too humid. 

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: Yes, with the exception of cues that contain ivory. There may be also be higher shipping fees associated with shipping outside of the United States.
